Returns/Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available for your convenience, subject to the availability of this service in your area. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.  

Pick-up Attempts 
Reverse pick-up will be attempted up to three times. If the courier is unable to collect the product, you will need to ship the item back to our address.  

Return Conditions
Please return the product(s) in the same condition as shipped. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  

Allow 7 business days for your return to be processed, with the refund reflecting in your account shortly after.

Cancellations 
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.   

Terms and Conditions


1. Bank Details: The bank account details provided by the customer for the refund are final. Any errors in these details will not be the responsibility of Nomad Store.  
2. Delivery Status: If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery, but the product has not been received, contact us within 24 hours.  
3. Product Care: Customers must ensure the product(s) remain in excellent condition while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.  

Damaged Products 
If you believe a product is damaged or not up to standard at delivery, contact us within 1 day of receiving.

We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Once the product is returned, we will examine it and notify you of the refund status via email within a reasonable time-frame. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days once approved.
