Returns/Exchange policy

At Nomad Store, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer 5-day hassle-free exchanges or store credit from the date of delivery.  

How It Works
1. Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact us within 5 days of delivery via:  
   - Email: **info.nomadstore@gmail.com**  
 
2. Return Conditions:  
   - Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.  
   - A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 per order will apply (deducted from your credit).  
   - Pickup is attempted 3 times. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship it to our address.  

3. Processing Time:  
   - Allow 5-7 days for the returned item to reach us.  
   - Store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item.  

Important Notes 
No Refunds: The credited amount can only be used for future purchases.  
Damaged/Worn Items: Returns will be rejected if products show signs of use.  
Cancellations: Only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
