Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your orders out quickly! Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days (Monday to Saturday).  

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 7-9 business days to most locations. You’ll receive a WhatsApp notification with a unique tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.  

Delivery Issues & Support  

Since we partner with third-party courier services, delays or issues may occasionally occur. If you face any problems with your delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with concerns reported after this period, as courier companies may not investigate older claims.
