Order Processing
All our t-shirts are printed on demand, just for you, as soon as your order comes in. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to handcraft and pack your item before it ships.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 6–8 business days for standard serviceable areas. You’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your package leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Delivery Issues
We rely on trusted third-party couriers to get your tees to you safely. If you experience any problem—like a missing parcel, an incorrect delivery status, or damaged/tampered packaging—please reach out to us within 24 hours of the shown delivery time.

Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a full investigation, since our courier partners enforce strict deadlines for raising disputes.
